Obtaining access

I would like to obtain access to yourassets

The secure yourassets site offers our clients access to information relating to their policy at any time.

To obtain access to yourassets, contact your insurance intermediary or complete and return the access agreement to our Customer Service team at transactions@onelife.com

Note: Each access is linked to a single mobile phone.

I would like to obtain access to youroffice

The secure youroffice site offers our partners full access to their portfolio, with numerous features available to save time and increase efficiency.

To obtain access to youroffice, contact our Business Coordination team Business_Coordination@onelife.com

Note:  Access to youroffice is personal and cannot be shared. Any new user must ask our Business Coordination team to set up access.

First sign-in and activation

How can I sign in to the secure youroffice (partners) or yourassets (clients) site?

The secure sites are accessible from the onelife.com website via the “Sign in” button

You can sign in in two ways, depending on the services available in your country:

  • Sign in with your OneLife sign-in details: enter your user number and password, then confirm your sign-in using the verification code (OTP – received by SMS or App)
  • Sign in via a digital identity provider (currently istme is available for Belgium): select the provider, enter your phone number or scan the QR code displayed on the screen using your app (e.g. itsme), then confirm the authentication action on your smartphone

Important: sign in via a digital identity provider requires prior configuration. See the question "I want to sign in via a digital identity provider" to know the steps.
