The secure sites are accessible from the onelife.com website via the “Sign in” button
You can sign in in two ways, depending on the services available in your country:
- Sign in with your OneLife sign-in details: enter your user number and password, then confirm your sign-in using the verification code (OTP – received by SMS or App)
- Sign in via a digital identity provider (currently istme is available for Belgium): select the provider, enter your phone number or scan the QR code displayed on the screen using your app (e.g. itsme), then confirm the authentication action on your smartphone
Important: sign in via a digital identity provider requires prior configuration. See the question "I want to sign in via a digital identity provider" to know the steps.
