The mission
OneLife is a Luxembourg life insurance company specialised in cross-border financial planning solutions for wealthy clients across Europe and beyond. To support our growth, we are looking for the right candidate to join our passionate IT Operation team.
The open position is primarily focused on assuring the continuity and the improvement of the IT operations.
Main objectives of the role
- Install/Upgrade windows/linux systems and servers
- Provide technical support for staff and back-end system users
- Manage user access and monitoring of services
- Document the processes and activities
- Analyse/diagnose IT problems and provide a long term solution
- Assure the stability/security and scalability of the installed systems
- Optimze the system operation
- Admin and Maintain Azure AD/M365
- Provide L1/L2 IT support to IT department as well as OneLife’s users.
Profile of our future teammate
- You worked in a similar role for at least 3 years ideally exposed to Azure and M365.
- Curious and passionate about IT you want to improve your knowledge and be responsible for your area of interest.
- You share your knowledge and help the rest of the team in the daily actiivities and projects.
- You provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to internal users.
