The mission

OneLife is a Luxembourg life insurance company specialised in cross-border financial planning solutions for wealthy clients across Europe and beyond. To support our growth, we are looking for the right candidate to join our passionate IT Operation/Helpdesk team.

The open position is primarily focused on providing first line Helpdesk support to our colleagues .

Main objectives of the role

  • Ensure that all service requests and incidents are handled in a professional way and are aligned with agreed SLAs
  • Ensure that all service requests and incidents are logged and traced in the service management tool
  • Ensure that assets and software inventories are up to date in the Service Management tool (servers and core network components excluded)
  • Ensure smooth and consistant communication to business users on requests, incidents and problems handling
  • Train and coach team or department members when necessary
  • Suggest improvement or evolution when necessary
  • Manage and support all hardware and software in the scope of IT helpdesk responsibilities

Profile of our future teammate

  • Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Proficiency in French and English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
