OneLife announces today the departure of Elio Fratini of the company. We would like to thank him for his commitment and contribution during these 4 years within OneLife, at the head of the IT and Customer Services teams, before taking up the position of CEO ad interim since the beginning of the year. We wish him all the best for the future.
In this context, we inform you of the appointment of Cédric Lootvoet as dirigeant agréé (authorised manager) of OneLife. This appointment was approved by the Commissariat aux Assurances on 15 June 2023.
Cédric Lootvoet began his career at Deloitte Luxembourg in the Forensic & AML department, before joining OneLife in 2010 where he held the position of Head of Compliance and Risk Management for 6 years. Since 2016, he has been Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company.
In his capacity as dirigeant agréé, and until further notice, Cédric will hold the position of CEO ad interim in addition to his duties as CFO.
Along with the entire executive committee, his mission will be to pursue the deployment of our development strategy by concentrating efforts on both product innovation and process efficiency, with our clients and partners constantly at the heart of everything we do.
