Investment Trainee (6 months from 01.08.2026)

OneLife is a Luxembourg life insurance company specialised in cross-border financial planning solutions for wealthy clients across Europe and beyond. To support our growth, we are looking for the right candidate to join our passionate Sales Support team.
The open position is to assist in OneLife day-to-day investment activities with a specific focus on trading related activities (investment funds, ETFs, structured products, NTA…).

Main objectives of the role

Assist in sending marketing and sales documentation to partners
Assist in daily activity for our Specialised Insurance Funds
Support the team regarding the Investment compliance according to regulatory requirements
Participate to the reconciliation and archiving of the trades processed on the market
More globally, assist the team in the day-to-day activities of OneLife insurance products

Profile of our future teammate

Working methodology and excellent organisational skills
Knowledge in investment products including structured products and derivatives, will be highly appreciated
Solution oriented
Attention to details but also capability to summarise situations or cases
Intellectual curiosity
Efficient and goal-oriented communication (written and spoken)
Team spirit is a must
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools and particularly in Excel
Fluent in French (written and spoken) and English is a must
