Our aim is to develop an optimum employee experience from the moment of joining OneLife and to enable everyone to flourish throughout their career.
In 2025, OneLife obtained renewal of its Great Place To Work® certification, recognition of our determination to create a working environment in which everyone is able to flourish on a personal level while contributing to the strength of a united and dynamic group.
Employee pathway
At OneLife, we strive to provide an engaging and motivating experience by successfully integrating everyone within our company by means of professional development opportunities throughout their time with the company, focussing on personalised training plans and by promoting internal mobility and employee empowerment.
Communication
Encouraging open and transparent communication is essential for generating individual and collective commitment.
The various communication forums such as employee information sessions, internal newsletters, internal surveys and barometers ensure dynamic bilateral communication where all parties listen and work together to achieve the same objective.
Quality of life
Creating optimum working conditions combining employee well-being and cohesion is a critical factor for us at OneLife.
Our extended teleworking policy and the ability to purchase additional leave or flexible working hours are all ways of promoting work-life balance for everyone.
Furthermore, our Health & Safety Committee and Sports Committee are a real asset for the well-being of employees and for the overall performance of the organisation.
- The Health & Safety Committee provides training for employees, making them aware of the various occupational risks
- The Sports Committee composed of 3 sections offers activities contributing to the well-being and physical and mental health of employees, while strengthening cohesion between members
Inclusion
Being a responsible employer also means promoting inclusion values within the company and in its interactions with the outside world.
We are therefore a signatory of various charters:
- StOpE to combat everyday sexism in the workplace
- The Luxembourg diversity charter
- The National Pact for Enterprises and Human Rights, demonstrating our commitment to supporting the national action plan implementing the UN guiding principles in all companies

We are committed on a daily basis to implementing a strict policy of equal opportunities and regularly conduct benchmarking to ensure that we meet our objectives.
Generational diversity is at the heart of our DNA. Communication and collaboration, fostered by promoting the skills and experiences of each generation, are an asset for us in our search for constant performance and innovation.
Lastly, this is embodied by the 2025-2028 partnership of Groupe APICIL with the French Rugby Federation (FFR), a sport that unites and brings us together, advocating the common values of sharing, commitment and excellence. Would you like to know more about this partnership? See the Group’s press release.
