In order to deliver exceptional services whilst maximizing its footprint across its key European markets, the Group has decided to focus its activities out of Luxembourg.
On July 7, 2016 we announced that OneLife entered into sale and purchase agreements with Harcourt Life Assurance Company for the disposal of its operating entities Augura Life Ireland dac (Republic of Ireland) and Altraplan Bermuda Ltd (Bermuda Islands). We would like to inform you that the Central Bank of Ireland and the Bermuda Monetary Authority approved those transactions that were both closed on November 30, 2016.
As from December 1, 2016, Transitional Service Agreements have been implemented for a period of up to one year to ensure a smooth transfer of activities and in the best interest of our partners and clients.
