The mission

OneLife is a Luxembourg life insurance company specialised in cross-border financial planning solutions for wealthy clients across Europe and beyond. To support our growth, we are looking for the right candidate to join our passionate Sales Support team.

The open position is primarily focused on to be the point of contact for partners’ daily business, together with the country managers.


Main objectives of the role

  • Sending marketing and sales documentation to partners
  • Control and assistance in completion of subscription files upstream
  • Creation of a welcome kit and systematic contact for new partners
  • Checking that partners’ requests have been properly taken into account and monitoring their execution, in conjunction with internal departments (Investment Trading, CS France, Business Coordination)
  • Remote coaching on the mastery of our tools (Yo, Ya), our offer, and our processes in general
  • Help on events in relation with internal services (marketing, communication, expert services …)
  • In rebound of the newsletter, targeted communication to partners on news
  • Consolidate a response base on Wealth Planning (wealth engineering, core and non-core markets) and Investment (non-traditional assets) topics
  • Report product and/or service evolution needs on behalf of the sales team and notify Business Coordination
  • Primary support for the sales team on partner-related questions
