 The mission

The Customer Services includes client servicing and policy servicing activities. The Customer Services manage clients and partners requests, in particular by answering to their calls, e-mails, letters, etc. as well as checking, encoding, executing their transactions in the policy administration system. The role of the Customer Services Associate – Collective Funds  is to support the team in those daily activities.

Main objectives of the role

  • Operational support : Provide support in cases checks and follow-up
  • Client Services (Client / Partner Management): Have direct contact with partners at all stages of all operations and ensure follow-up of all client requests; Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key business partners in all markets through proactive and reactive contacts.
  • Policy Management (Operations): Handle transactions documents (sort, identify, split, index (create/link case) and archive documents); Handle transactions (check, key, match and execute).
  • Business Processing: Execute/Perform services for our external clients/partners in respect of the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Others: Any other duties that would be given by the manager or due to a circumstance in the interest of the business.

Profile of our future teammate

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics
  • A similar experience of 2/3 years in the banking/insurance industry
  • AML/KYC skills (collection and analysis of documents)
  • Analytical skills
  • Eager to learn
