The mission

OneLife is a Luxembourg life insurance company specialised in cross-border financial planning solutions for wealthy clients across Europe and beyond. To support our growth, we are looking for the right candidate to join our passionate Sales Support team.

The open position is primarily focused on to be the point of contact for partners’ daily business, together with the country managers.

Main objectives of the role

  • Assist in sending marketing and sales documentation to partners.
  • Control and assistance in completion of subscription files upstream.
  • Assist in the creation of a welcome kit and systematic contact for new partners.
  • Checking that partners’ requests have been properly taken into account and monitoring their execution, in conjunction with internal departments (Investment Trading, CS France, Business Coordination).
  • Assist in remote coaching on the mastery of our tools (Yo, Ya), our offer, and our processes in general
  • Help on events in relation with internal services (marketing, communication, expert services …).
  • In rebound of the newsletter, targeted communication to partners on news
  • Help to consolidate a response base on Wealth Planning (wealth engineering, core and non-core markets) and Investment (non-traditional assets) topics .
  • Assist sales support with their day to day tasks
