We are committed to acting responsibly by actively contributing to our community, placing our emphasis on the environment and solidarity.
Environmental responsibility
Our objective is to reduce the company’s carbon footprint, notably by focussing on energy management, recycling and soft mobility.
We conduct awareness training (waste sorting, participation in the Fresque du Climat initiative) and implement various internal measures to improve energy efficiency (adaptation of installations such as lighting, solar films, etc.); we are also a member of the energy efficiency committee of our premises in Luxembourg in order to control shared energy consumption. In terms of mobility, we offer a car sharing system for employees and are also gradually transforming the leasing fleet to 100% electric vehicles.
Solidarity
Guided by the values of solidarity and social responsibility, it is our mission to fully participate in targeted actions designed to improve the lives of vulnerable people in our community. We have been supporting various associations for many years now (ELA, Cancer Foundation) and organise collections following major incidents (war, earthquake, flood, etc.).
In 2025, we decided to strengthen our support for the Cancer Foundation by contributing to research, patient support and awareness-raising, convinced that, together, we can make a real difference to tackle this disease. This decision is fully aligned with the mission of Groupe APICIL: “Through close and caring relationships, to support all lives, throughout life.”
