OneLife announces the appointment of Catherine Bernardin as authorised manager, following approval by the Commissariat aux Assurances (CAA). She joins Cédric Lootvoet, CEO and authorised manager of the company, with whom she will be one of the key contacts with the Luxembourg regulator.
Arriving in early September as Chief Governance Officer and a member of the Executive Committee, Catherine Bernardin brings to OneLife 20 years of experience in the legal, regulatory and corporate governance fields, acquired in particular in the Luxembourg financial sector and more specifically in life assurance. This appointment comes at a time when the quality of governance is more than ever a strategic lever for trust, resilience, and sustainable performance.

Catherine’s experience and expertise are valuable assets in supporting our ambitions, anticipating regulatory changes and pursuing our development with rigour and responsibility. Her appointment as an authorised manager further underscores our commitment to the highest standards of governance. I am delighted to welcome her to our management team.”
