 The mission

OneLife is a Luxembourg life insurance company specialised in cross-border financial planning solutions for wealthy clients across Europe and beyond. To support our growth, we are looking for a Customer Services Officer – Front Office who will be the first point of contact for our clients and partners. This role requires excellent communication skills, a client-focused mindset and the ability to manage inquiries via phone and email professionally. Your ability to build strong relationships and provide top-tier service will be key to your success.

Main objectives of the role

  • Act as the primary contact for clients and partners, handling inquiries via phone and email
  • Provide exceptional service by responding promptly and professionally to client needs
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Support policy administration with accuracy and efficiency
  • Gain an in-depth knowledge of life insurance and financial products
  •  In-house corporation with: Compliance, Sales, Wealth Planning, Products, Investment    Administration and Tax & Legal

Profile of our future teammate

  • 1st experience in the banking/insurance industry is preferred but not a must
  • A team player substantiated by excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Fluent in French and Dutch, English is a plus
